Striders of Croydon had the first two finishers in the weekly parkrun in Lloyd Park on Saturday. For the second successive week, Robert Lines took first place, covering the muddy five-kilometre course in 19 minutes 09 seconds. Club colleague Krzysztof Klidzia was second in 19 minutes 47. On the same day, Martin Filer finished second in the Riddlesdown parkrun (18:57), while Simon Ambrosi was fourth in the Roundshaw parkrun (19:48). Rachel Lindley was the second woman to finish the Bakewell parkrun in Derbyshire, finishing fifth overall in 19 minutes 43. Steph Upton was the fourth woman to finish the Riddlesdown parkrun (23:14), while Jessica Polya was the fourth woman to finish the South Norwood parkrun (24:28) and Natalie Clerke was the fourth woman to finish the Letchworth parkrun (27:06). Striders had a total of 65 finishers in the various weekly parkruns.
