Striders of Croydon faced strong opposition in the Ranelagh Richmond 10K on Sunday, which incorporated the Surrey Championships. Consuelo Kennefick ran very well to be the 44th woman to finish, placing 184th overall in a club W50 record of 43:50. Striders’ men were led by Phil Coales, who placed 48th out of the 471 finishers
