The Weekly Schedule:-
Marathon Training – From November to the end of March primarily for the London, Brighton and Paris marathons there will be extended Sunday runs starting at about 10 miles and finishing at about 20 miles. Click on Marathon Runs for the detailed schedule and proposed routes. There is also detailed guidance on a regular training schedule depending on your pace at Marathon Training

Cycles rides will either be 20 to 30 miles on Sundays after the one hour run. Or 50 plus miles starting very early on Sundays or during the week.
Walks – Striders Strolls are usually on the last Friday of the month and will be between 8 and 14 miles including a lunch stop.
