We are a running club based in Croydon, Surrey. We run from our clubhouse in Sandilands, Addiscombe, on Sundays at 8.30 am and Wednesdays at 7.30 pm*. There is also speed training on Tuesday evenings.
(*please note that due to restrictions following on from Coronavirus our regular runs look slightly different to usual. Please see this post for full details).
Wednesday evenings are our main Club Run and all standards are catered for – everyone will be made most welcome. In order to encourage runners of all abilities, the club has had a long-standing policy of frequently ‘turning back’ to pick up those running at the back of the pack. If you have any doubts about whether you can keep up with the pace, or of dropping off the back and getting lost, fear not, we won’t leave you behind!!
There is also a longer run option available on Sunday mornings of 60 or 90 minutes. There are usually only two pace groups on Sunday mornings, but sometimes there will be a third, steadier group available (run leaders permitting) so keep an eye on your emails for more details on this!
