This evening you have a choice: 3x 800m (off 5 mins) then 1x 1,600m at Croydon Arena with warm-up at 7:15pm 🔁 OR grass speed session of 6X 4 mins on the Lloyd Park sports field with warm ups at 7:30pm & Yoga in the clubhouse at 8:45pm. Namaste 🙏🏻
