Tonight, a speed technique session of: 5 x 240m followed by 1 x 300m (starting a rep each 4 minutes) (slower runners may do 3 x 240m, starting a rep each 8 minutes) This is at Croydon Arena, warming up at 7.20 p.m. to start reps at 7.30 p.m.
Tonight is our second 5 mile club handicap of 2019. Members check your inboxes for sign-up details. If you don't want to run, we still need a couple fo volunteers.
This evening you have a choice: 1x 1200m; 3x 800m; 1x 400m (off 7 / 5 / 5 / 5 mins) at Croydon Arena with warm-up at 7:15pm 🔁 OR a grass speed session of 6X 4 mins on the Lloyd Park sports field with warm ups at 7:30pm & Yoga in the clubhouse at 8:45pm. Namaste 🙏🏻
