6 x 250m (starting a rep each 4 minutes)
(slower runners may do 3 x 250m, starting a rep each 8 minutes)
This is at Croydon Arena, warming up at 7.20 p.m. to start reps at 7.30 p.m.
This evening you have a choice:
3x 800m (off 5 mins) then 1x 1,600m at Croydon Arena with warm-up at 7:15pm 🔁
grass speed session of 6X 4 mins on the Lloyd Park sports field with warm ups at 7:30pm
