Peter Mills, from Striders of Croydon, produced an excellent run to win the Surrey Cross-Country League Division Three race at Cranford on Saturday, covering the five-mile course in 26 minutes 49 seconds. Striders of Croydon faced strong opposition in the Surrey Cross-Country Championships at Lloyd Park on Saturday.
