Ernie wins for Striders at muddy Lloyd Park
Ernie Hann, from Striders of Croydon, ran well to win the weekly parkrun in Lloyd Park on Saturday. He covered the undulating and very muddy five-kilometre course in 19 minutes 22 seconds. Krzysztof Klidzia was third (20.47), Chris Morton seventh (21.51), Paul Cripps eleventh (23.11) and Simon Webster 14th (23.56). Meanwhile Russell Harmsworth was tenth at the Riddlesdown parkrun (22.04) with Nigel Finch 13th (23.21), and Damian Macenhill was 15th in the Dulwich parkrun (18.29). Striders had a total of 47 finishers in the various local parkruns.
