Ernie retains form for 5K
Striders had a total of 48 finishers in the various local parkruns on Saturday. Their best placing came from Ernie Hann who was third at Lloyd Park in 18 minutes 27 seconds. Zoe Williams was the third woman to finish, placing 52nd overall in 24 minutes 19. Simon Ambrosi placed sixth at the Bromley parkrun (18.06) and triathlete Mark Bayliss was sixth in the Crystal Palace parkrun (19.57).
