Cara leads Striders with fast 5K
Cara Kayum, from Striders of Croydon, was the first woman to finish the Dulwich parkrun on Saturday. She covered the five-kilometre course in 20 minutes 24 seconds. Club colleague Lee Flanagan was second in the Lloyd parkrun (18.14) with Simon Ambrosi eighth (20.33) and Chris Morton eleventh (20.41). Richard Lee-Smith was ninth in the Crystal Palace parkrun (19.18). Striders had a total of 41 finishers in the various local parkruns.
