The Forecast for this Sunday looks pretty good so the bike ride to Box Hill this Sunday is on. Meet at the clubhouse at 9:30 after the one hour run. The route is 33.3miles all on road and roughly follows NCN route 22 to Headley and Mickleham except that we will take the direct road
Reigate Priory relays, Run to the Beat Half marathon – 28th October & 3rd November 2012 Striders of Croydon faced strong opposition in the Reigate Priory Relays on Saturday. Their women placed 13th out of 23 teams, with their fastest time coming from Steph Upton who covered the undulating four-kilometre course in 19 minutes 4
