Parkrun – 17th May 2026
Ally Whitlock, from Striders of Croydon, ran well to be the first woman to finish the South
Norwood parkrun on Saturday. She placed 15th overall out of 237 finishers (21:08). Vicki
Ledgard was the first woman to finish the Tilgate parkrun, placing 26th overall out of 490
finishers (22:15).
For Striders’ men, Nathan Robertshaw placed second out of 174 finishers in the Aberystwyth
parkrun (18:08). Robert Lines placed third out of 278 finishers in the Lloyd parkrun (19:28),
with Lee Flanagan fifth (20:09) and Steve Corfield sixth (20:16). Liam Redmond placed third
out of 200 finishers in the Barrow parkrun (19:22).
Debra Bourne was the fourth woman to finish the Lloyd parkrun, placing 54th overall (24:40).
Angela Seesurrun was the fourth woman to finish the South Norwood parkrun, placing 67th
overall (24:51). Striders had a total of 137 finishers in the various weekly parkruns.
