parkrun 4th April
On Saturday, Striders had an impressive total of 138 finishers in the various weekly parkruns. Phil Coales placed first out of 254 finishers at the Brockwell parkrun (17:39). Chris Porter placed first out of 311 finishers at the Panshanger parkrun in Hertfordshire (18:55). Marc Burrows placed second out of 100 finishers at the Beckton parkrun (19:44). Consuelo Kennefick was the third woman to finish the Riddlesdown parkrun, placing 21st overall out of 200 finishers (22:38). Cindy Siu was the third woman to finish the Lloyd parkrun, placing 54th overall out of 255 finishers (25:22). Niamh Vincent was the third woman to finish the ‘Park in the Past’ parkrun near Wrexham, placing 21st overall out of 282 finishers (22:35).
