The Owen Trophy tables have been updated to include results from Half Marathons and Marathons for the period 01/12/2012 to 31/07/2013 and can be found here . The closing date for relevant Halfs and Marathons to be included in the Owen scores is 31/11/2013 so these results may well change before that date.

Lee Flanagan, from Striders of Croydon, ran well to place fourth of 141 finishers at the weekly parkrun in Lloyd Park on Saturday, recording 19 minutes 38 seconds. Club colleague Ernie Hann was fifth (19.55) and Sam O’Dongo was sixth (20.31). Nigel Finch was 12th in the Riddlesdown parkrun (20.48). Striders had a total of
