Tonight, a speed technique session of 5X 200m followed by 1X 500m (off 4 mins)
at Croydon Arena, warm-up at 7:20pm.
Croydon Harriers speed session at 7:40pm at Croydon Arena is 20-24 minutes tempo plus 4X 200m.
