Yoga is a perfect compliment to the running that we do. Our classes are led by L and take place in the Sandilands clubhouse on Tuesday evenings at 7:30 and 8:45. They cost £7.00.
Each class is an hour, and it is advisable to bring your own yoga mat.
Emails are sent out each week allowing paid-up club members to sign up for either class.
You will only receive these emails if you are on the Striders mailing list, so please sign up if you are interested in attending the yoga classes.

Tonight we have a speed technique session of: 5 x 240m followed by 1 x 300m (starting a rep each 4 minutes) This is at Croydon Arena, warming up at 7.20 p.m. to start reps at 7.30 p.m.
Well done to everyone who ran in the first club handicap last night. Results will be out in a couple of days time. Race 2 of the series is on 5th June.

This evening you have a choice 5x 800m (off 5 min) at Croydon Arena with warm-ups from 7:15pm 🔁 OR A grass speed session of 4-6x 800m or 4-5x 1500m for marathon runners on the Lloyd Park sports field with warm-ups at 7:30pm. There is NO yoga tonight.
