Yoga is a perfect compliment to the running that we do. Our classes are led by L and take place in the Sandilands clubhouse on Tuesday evenings at 7:30 and 8:45. They cost £7.00.
Each class is an hour, and it is advisable to bring your own yoga mat.
Emails are sent out each week allowing paid-up club members to sign up for either class.
You will only receive these emails if you are on the Striders mailing list, so please sign up if you are interested in attending the yoga classes.
Tonight, a speed technique session of: 6 x 250m (off 4 mins) This is at Croydon Arena, warming up at 7.20 p.m. to start reps at 7.30 p.m.
This evening you have a choice 5x 800m (off 5 min) at Croydon Arena with warm-ups from 7:15pm 🔁 OR a grass speed session of 1600m, 1200m, 800m, 400m, 400m on the Lloyd Park sports field with warm ups at 7:30pm & Yoga in the clubhouse at 8:45pm. Namaste 🙏🏻
