Yoga is a perfect compliment to the running that we do. Our classes are led by L and take place in the Sandilands clubhouse on Tuesday evenings at 7:30 and 8:45. They cost £7.00.

Each class is an hour, and it is advisable to bring your own yoga mat.

Emails are sent out each week allowing paid-up club members to sign up for either class.
