Yoga classes take place in the Sandilands clubhouse on Tuesday evenings at 7:30 and 8:45.
Each class is an hour, and it is advisable to bring your own yoga mat. If you want to borrow one from the Yoga Instructor it will cost £1.
Emails are sent out each week allowing paid-up club members to sign up for either class. You will only receive these emails if you are on the Striders mailing list, so please sign up if you are interested in attending the yoga classes.
This evening you have a choice of 5x 800m (starting a rep every 5 mins) at Croydon Arena, warm up 7:15pm 🔁 OR Road speed session of : 6, 7 or 8x 700m: gmap-pedometer.com/?r=6943250 This is also a suitable for a lactate threshold session AND Yoga in the clubhouse at 7:30 & 8:45pm
